Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Our commitment

Unbroken Car is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and keep improving the site as we build it.

Standard we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the basis of the Israeli standard (IS 5568) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility), 2013.

What we have done

We build with semantic HTML, support keyboard navigation, provide a skip-to-content link, maintain color contrast, label interactive controls for screen readers, and respect the system reduce-motion setting. The site works in both Hebrew (right-to-left) and English.

On-site accessibility menu

Every public page has an accessibility button at the bottom of the screen that lets you enlarge the text, turn on high contrast, highlight links, switch to a more readable font, and reduce motion. Your choices are saved on your device. This menu complements the accessible build — it does not replace it.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example certain third-party embeds or older documents. We are working to fix these. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us and we will address it as quickly as we can.

Accessibility coordinator

For accessibility requests or to report a barrier, contact our accessibility coordinator by email at accessibility@unbrokencar.com. Please include the page address and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Feedback

Your feedback helps us improve. If something is not working for you, email accessibility@unbrokencar.com and we will do our best to provide the information or service in an accessible way.
