Vehicle data, handled with care
Maintenance intelligence only works if you trust where the data goes. We take a privacy-first approach: collect what's needed, encrypt personal data, keep access tight, and give people a clear path to delete their data. Here's the honest picture of how we handle it.
How we handle your data
Concrete practices, described plainly: what we actually do, not aspirational claims.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Traffic to and from the platform runs over HTTPS, and personal data is encrypted at rest, so PII isn't sitting in the clear.
Data minimization
We collect what's needed to understand a vehicle's health and avoid hoarding data we don't have a reason to hold.
Access control
Access to data is restricted by role and authentication, so people and systems only reach what they're meant to.
User-initiated deletion
You can request deletion of your data, and we provide a clear path to remove it rather than keeping it indefinitely.
Minimal retention
We aim to keep data only as long as it's useful for the service, not as a default that lingers forever.
We don't sell your data
Your vehicle and personal data is used to run the service for you. It is not sold to third parties.
Regulatory posture
Built around GDPR and Israeli privacy law
We design our data handling around the principles of the GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (PPL): a lawful basis for the data we process, minimization, and respect for your rights over your own data. We're honest about where we are: these are the principles we build to, and we'll keep maturing our practices as we grow.
- A privacy-first design that follows GDPR and Israeli PPL principles.
- Support for your rights over your data, including access and deletion.
- A clear Privacy Policy that describes what we collect and why.
Your control
You stay in control of your data
Privacy isn't only about how we store data. It's about what you can do with it. You decide to add a vehicle, you can request your data, and you can ask us to delete it. The goal is a relationship where you always know what we hold and can act on it.
- You choose what vehicles and data to add to the platform.
- You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- You can request deletion and we'll act on it.
An honest note
What we don't claim
We won't dress up our security posture with badges we haven't earned. We don't currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and we won't imply otherwise. What we do commit to is a real, privacy-first approach (encrypted personal data, minimal collection and retention, tight access, and a clear path to deletion) and to being straight with you about where we are.
