By using Unbroken Car you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You sign in with your phone number and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and access secure.
Subscriptions & billing
The Free plan is available at no cost. The Family plan is offered at placeholder pricing of ₪14.90/month or ₪149/year with a 14-day free trial, billed via the App Store, Google Play, or our web payment provider. Prices may change before or after launch.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Maintenance disclaimer
Maintenance schedules, intervals, and mileage estimates are guidance only and may be inaccurate. Always follow your manufacturer's official service manual and consult a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for vehicle damage, missed service, or related costs.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
