Getting started
What is Unbroken Car?+
Unbroken Car is AI vehicle health intelligence that helps you stay ahead of your car's upkeep. Add a car by plate number and it builds an AI maintenance schedule for your make, model, and year, tracks mileage and renewals, and reminds you by email before anything is due. An assistant that explains warning lights and odd noises in plain language is rolling out in early access.
How do I add my car?+
Add your car by license plate and Unbroken Car pulls its details from Israel's official vehicle registry, then builds an AI maintenance schedule for your specific make, model, and year, with honest confidence labels. The Vehicle Health Score is rolling out in early access.
Is the guidance a diagnosis?+
No. Unbroken Car offers informed guidance to help you understand your car and ask better questions, not a formal diagnosis or repair instruction. For any work, confirm details with a qualified professional.
Is it available now?+
We're rolling out through early access. Join the early access list to be among the first to try it, and we'll let you know as new features and regions open up.
Plans & billing
What plans are available?+
There's a Free plan to get started, a Family plan for households with multiple cars and drivers, a Groups plan for small teams and organizations, and an Enterprise plan tailored to larger fleets.
What's included in the Free plan?+
The Free plan is free forever for one car. You get the AI maintenance schedule, service history with receipt scanning, mileage tracking, and email reminders, so you can experience the core of Unbroken Car before deciding on a paid plan.
How is Groups or Enterprise priced?+
Groups is priced per active vehicle, and Enterprise is tailored to your fleet's size and needs. Talk to our team and we'll put together the right fit for your operation.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as your needs change. If you're on a paid plan and have questions about billing, our team is happy to help.
Privacy & data
How is my data handled?+
We treat your information with care and use it to give you clearer, more relevant guidance. You stay in control of what you share, and we're transparent about how it's used. See our privacy policy for the full details.
Is my data encrypted?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow security best practices to keep it protected. We don't sell your personal information.
Who can see my car's information?+
By default, only you. On Family, Groups, or Enterprise plans you choose who to share a garage with, so the right people see vehicle health and nothing more than they need to.
Cars & garages
What is a garage?+
A garage is where your vehicles live in Unbroken Car. You can keep all your cars in one place, see each one's status at a glance, and manage everything from a single view.
Can I add more than one car?+
Yes. You can add multiple cars to your garage and, on the right plan, share that garage so a household or team has one clear picture of every vehicle.
Can multiple drivers use the same car?+
Yes. Family and team plans support multiple drivers, so everyone who uses a car can see its status, get reminders, and stay on the same page about its upkeep.
Does it track mileage and renewals?+
Yes. Unbroken Car helps you keep mileage-based service and time-based renewals (like inspections and licensing) on schedule with timely reminders, so nothing important slips through the cracks.
